I am currently working full-time as Software Engineer at a high tech firm in Ottawa, Canada. I graduated from the Electrical Engineering program at the University of Waterloo and Master of Engineering at the University of Ottawa. I love my software work.

Aside from day work, I am also a freelance Math tutor, specializing in Grade 9 to Grade 12, including Calculus and Algebra. I got a strong sense of satisfaction when I see my students click in the materials I teach (and they all click with me!) :-)

I am also an active real estate investor, specializing in long term buy-hold-rent, rent-to-own and joint venture strategies. I buy cashflow propeties in areas with strong appreciation and GDP. As a member of OREIO and REIN, I enjoy taking about real estate.
